My name is Giuseppe Miceli, I spent my childhood until the age of thirteen, in what I may call
the most 'beautiful country in the world, Montalto Uffugo (cs) Made famous to the masses, to have had as an honorary citizen,
Ruggiero Leoncavallo, who was inspired by their own Montalto Uffugo, for composing of one of his most
Important: The Pagliacci. From the age of thirteen, various vicissitudes me away from my Montalto
Uffugo until the migration to Britain, but in my heart, I'm still alive the memories of my beloved land. one
What I remember in particular, the full moon that illuminated Montalto, it seemed you could reach out and touch, so I
seemed close, and looking around, the light was so much that seemed to day. He emigrated to the UK, I
carried in my heart my childhood memories, places, friends who have kept me company, in the inevitable
days of nostalgia! In those days I looked at the moon, and ... I felt like I relive my Montalto, so
every time I wanted to wallow in memories, I looked at the moon, and to find the light and proximity, my
memory, That's why I am passionate about astronomy, to feel closer and closer, and it made me feel
nearest my Montalto. After more than thirty years of longing, I had the great pleasure to return
the places of my childhood, and with as much astonishment I redid a blast from the past, as he traveled in a
time machine, nothing had changed, every place every memory was found, everything in its place, the house where I
lived, the places, even the friends that I did not remember faces, but of which I remembered things done together, as
Enzo and Cassio, who I saw with great pleasure! Many members of my family still live in Montalto Uffugo, and
all of them want to dedicate this to my web page, and in particular to my brother Benito Miceli, who like me,
love of Montalto Uffugo, went there every day, feeding a secret relationship with as an inseparable lover.
